I arrived late in the evening and struggled to find the hotel, as the signs were off and it looked more like a run-down place. When I checked in, they didn't have my reservation and the clerk offered a room at a cash-only price, which was frustrating. The lobby was dirty and uninviting, and the overall experience felt insecure. Because of this, I decided to leave and find another place. Not a great stay at all.
